Careers in Numbers
How do numbers play out in the workplace? These online resources offer insights and can help you make the
connection more relevant and engaging for your students.
Through conversation, illustrations, and activities, students learn how numbers figure in making movie stunts,
building camera lenses, and creating computer graphics.
Here are answers to such fundamental questions as “What is a map?” and “What mathematics do you use with maps?”
